Atchr offers a website chat widget plus optional Professional tools to connect Slack, Zapier, webhooks, Shopify orders, and WhatsApp.
Before You Start
To use our integrations, you'll first need to:
- Create an Atchr account
- Set up your entity and get your Entity ID
- Follow the platform-specific integration guide
Add chat to your site
Shopify widget
Add Atchr Messaging to your Shopify store with the App Store listing and theme App Embeds.

Install the Atchr Messaging plugin and paste your Entity ID to load the widget.

These live on the entity details page in the dashboard: Webhooks and Apps & channels.

Drive Zaps from Atchr events, or post messages and notes back into a conversation.
